Your safety is our top priority! There are many new restrictions to showing property due the the novel Coronavirus. Showings are now allowed, but with the highest regard to safety in mind. That means, use PPE, wipe down all surfaces, do not touch any unnecessary surfaces, etc.

We have been using technology such as virtual showings and tours through Face-time, video conference, and more with the goal of being able to show and sell our clients houses, while maintaining the utmost degree of safety for all parties involved.

As per the city of Los Angeles, “housing units and real property may be shown, provided that appointments and other residential viewings occur virtually or, if a virtual viewing is not feasible, by appointment with no more than two visitors at a time residing within the same household or living unit and one individual showing the unit. However, such in-person visits are not permitted when a tenant occupant is still residing in the residence, unless the owner first obtains the tenant’s written consent.”
